I can see some improvements over the Hot Toys headsculpt: the eyes and upper lips and ears are not symmetric which is correct (and quite perfect the way it is here), and the hair has more details and the hairline is correct too.
It's difficult to judge before it's painted, but it's an impressive work so far.

Next step is paintjob and sculpting boots (movie accurate) and gloved hands.

Small update, guys!:

1) So headsculpt is done and will be sent to the painter to see how it looks painted. I will send the headsculpt to Yelim, also known as Y. the painter. As i reserved the spot long time ago and want to see her input in that sculpt.

But i am sure that Johny Cheungkinmen will make an awesome job as well as i ordered some paintjobs from him also, and i love his style.

2) Also i will show the custom wooden box i ordered. It's also will be possible to make in a run.

3) Sculpted gloved hands and accurate boots coming soon as well.

4) I also saw some progress on a jacket by the tailor, it looks good, but he asked not to share yet, so we will have to wait a little as well

Project is moving, slow but confident, please follow

Here is an early prototype of the jacket for Lee Byung Hun, please note that this is an early model and that the tailor is not totally happy yet and will strive for an even better look.

Zipper will be replaced with smaller one and, in general, the jacket will be brought to the ideal.

But now you can see the quality of work and the approach of the tailor really makes me happy.

He is an obvious perfectionist and tries to nail this project.
