You might possibly maybe get more interest if you frame this as Roger Sterling/Howard Stark. Though he would need a mustache added. Maybe if Rocco could do a separate mustache piece. . .

Good idea. Thanks!

I would be interested in this but not with this sculpter attached to this ,Roger is my favorite character of madmen.

wow, thats is pretty harsh!! free speech i get it...but why ? rocco has improved 100% i think,,,the casts are now clean, scale is good, i own many of his sculpts,,,excellent sculptor,,,, but each his own...cant just step on the guy without explaining.....:dunno

Interested in a Roger sculpt for sure, hopefully this gets made or im gonna have to use the one I sculpted! Hopefully it will be in scale and from recent pics I think rocco has addressed this in his sculpts...

Roger for me, please! :)

If we can't generate interest we should look into co-commissioning a Roger sculpt. Spread out the cost. Because I too really need a Roger.

Didnt know I needed to explain but his sculpts most dont look like the actor hes sculpting 9 times out 10 when the sculpt is done it could still be inproved but its done to him and he sells it that way I could go on .

Sometimes it's about the painter if he nailed the likeness or not!
But yeah I agree, most of Rocco's sculpts didn't show the actor so well! :dunno

Rocco does some Great sculpts, but I find it 'frustrating' when feedback is ignored, or the sculpt is adjusted very quickly or only adjusted once or twice, but still needs more work... I know that is is VERY difficult to sculpt, and Rocco has an AMAZING talent, don't get me wrong, but I really think they need that extra love at the end before release...IMO

I mentioned once to Rocco that a particular sculpt was 'off' and he deleted my post, saying if you don't like it, don't buy it... I think that is not good for anybody!:lol

I'd like Him to be a bit more open to suggestions about the final sculpt and tend to them. Again, Don't get me wrong - ROCCO IS VERY TALENTED, and I look forward to buying more from him in the future... keep 'em coming Rocco!!!

And this is way there arent enough of his stuff being sold seems cocky sometimes.

Hey Gents, would any of you interested be willing to take on an equal portion of the commission fee? Rocco charges $500 for sculpting last I checked. Each cast beyond the first is $40 i think.

Here's how it would break down:

Split 2 ways: $270 (2 casts)
3 ways: $191 (3 casts)
4 ways: $155 (4 casts)
5 ways: $128 (5 casts)

Alright guys, I'm going to go ahead and Commission this myself! Ive sent my instructions to Rocco. If you guys like it I will let you come in on it for a reasonable fee, the cost of the cast plus a little more to cover my expense of financing the commission.

Im also planning on sending my sculpt to Nathan Eakins to paint. So if thats something every one else is interested in then maybe we can get a good deal from Nathan regarding the paint aps.

Here's what Nathan did with my Rocco Draper!
