In earlier wip was some good details for likness, but in big lines also something unhuman-monkay like in look.

Hmmmm. I think that both have their strong points but both also have room for improvement. If you took the best aspects from both sculpts and put them together, you'd have a killer sculpt

I like the hair better in the first sculpt. His hair in the front should go more back, and less of a swoop to the side.

The second looks more like him yes but it looks anatomically incorrect it looks compressed. Could use some tweaking then it's s solid head!
