Trevor is an absolute master. Tops in his field by a mile! What an incredible sculpt.

Stand by my original opinion on the body, and also underwhelmed by the outfit so this will still have to be a pass, but I hope iminime still manages to have a successful run with this one to encourage even more collaborations with Trevor in the future.

To be honest, I didn't really like the film all that much... But seeing this figure - that sculpt and Wakes pics.... BOUGHT!

I have discussed the outfit with Denny. I gave him some suggestions based on holding the figure in hand. And he assured me that it will be imporved for the production run.

I took this pic when i was testing things with my iphone. I really dont think the body is bad. The biceps are a bit larger but the chest is spot on imo.

Can you tell us what changes we can expect before PO? I'm sure you already mentioned the shirt color; can you ask them to look into the shirt closure? If they could do magnets like Kato that would be the best bet to not have the snap visible with a pose like your pic, but if it has to be a snap maybe they can find a colored one that closely matches? I know that the snaps Iminime use are a little better than the ones HT uses (they crappy ones that always break), but they are still not as reliable as magnets. The bottom snap on my Sheriff shirt didn't break per say, but won't snap shut

That mirror pic looks fantastic by the way. The whole package is awesome as is and I’m sure Denny will do the best he can to improve the inaccuracies. The end result will be stellar I’m sure

These pics are really testing how much I enjoy this movie. Then I remember that the dio doesn't come with, so I think my fig won't end up looking as impressive. ;)

From a purely business POV, I bet Denny would make a killing modding this sculpt and releasing Aldrich Killian. Hot Toys has about 15 billion Iron Man figures, and surely a sizable chunk of collectors would buy that figure to fit into their collections. Hell, people bought Trevor "Mandarin", probably because that was the closest thing they expected to get in terms of an Iron Man 3 villain.

HT won't let him touch anything thats Marvel or DC related. Plus, I don't think Trevor would allow the sculpt to be changed as another character to be resold again?

I'd actually really like a Killian. Mandarin was a complete disgrace. Shirtless tatted Killian with some Extremis "lava" here and there would rock

That dio is out of hand. The B&W shot looks 1:1. IDK how he does it. Look at that bed spread :drool

Well they already did several Nolan Bat characters. Did something change since then? Doesn't really matter to me, as I wouldn't buy one. But I reckon it would sell a lot more than Lenny.

I'd wager a guess that something happened recently, as evidenced by DLD shutting down those Batman threads. Methinks Howard might've rung up Denny and said "Hey, that's a fine looking custom business you've got there . . . it would be a shame if something were to happen to it."

Hmmm, something is just off to me, for one I really don't like that blue shirt, the material, the tint of blue and it has two breast pockets when Lenny's only had 1. As for the suit, just seems too big, he looks too bulky, the jacket and pants look too thick, and the blazer has only 2 buttons when Lenny's had three. Im on the fence, great pics though.

The material of the shirt and jacket will be better selected for final production. The blazer HAS three buttons. I think the top button fell off at some point during the photoshoot and nobody noticed. So rest assured on that. The size of the suit is a reflection of the fact that Lenny's suit in the movie was not his own and in fact belonged to a larger man. Having said that, as its been discussed around here the body has arms that a larger than Guy's were during filming.

I can assure you guys that Denny will try and make improvements to the suit and shirt as much as possible for final production. The body however is what it is.
 
So, no straight on pics of him shirtless with undies on, so we can see precisely what he's going to look like sans jacket? Hard to tell in those handful of close-up/angled shots.
