Are we all happy for the DX05 body to be used? I know a lot of people have swapped theirs out for a Banner or Solo body and most are using different head sculpts.

I need to let GW know which body we want the jacket to be tailored to. DX05 seems easiest but I don't want to make assumptions here.

I use Banner for mine, but I think having it tailored for the dx05/ttm19 style body would be best. The only difference is the slightly less bulky arms, i believe.

Great, I will show the prototype first and then you can make your call. And based on how many are still interested that will decide whether or not the run goes ahead.

Yeah, and having the jacket tailored on the DX05 body makes sense if people find the body switch to slimmer arms looks better on the stock jacket... otherwise it could actually look a lot worse on even the Banner body if we tailor it tighter.

We'll need to do that ourselves, or at least nothing was mentioned during the quote about weathering. I would want to do it myself so I can get exactly the look I want and I thought that most would feel the same, but if I'm wrong I can always ask GW if they have a weathering option for those who want to pay for it?

I contacted GeeWhiz regarding the jacket, and it WILL come with weathering already added which is excellent news for anyone who doesn't want to mess around with a custom garment. That is of course if there is enough interest to get it made, so let's get it done folks!

Nice to know, a good option for those who want it. But with only 5 interested it looks unlikely to happen at this stage. I don't want to commit to sending my figure there, fitting, prototype costs, return postage for my figure etc unless we get some pretty solid numbers. I have to expect the interest list to drop lower once payments become due as well, but at least if we get enough interest for the prototype to be worth while we might get a few more to join once the pics are released.

I agree, if it's real leather I'm in as well.

But keep in mind, weathering is normally extra with Geewhiz.
