Yes Inigou is correct.....head size should be perfect after slight shrinkage in casting.

The head looks great, but shouldn't the brim of the hat be a bit wider on the sides than that? Looks awfully narrow to me for some reason...

Head looks a little big to me too. And I've done enough casts in my life to think that shrinkage is usually minimal unless you add a shrinking agent to it. I think here it's about 5% too big, but that just my 2 cent.
Now, the color difference is also a factor that might make it appear big!

The shrinkage percentage is given by caster.
I added 3% for this one that is around 1mm.
Can be reprinted if needed.
Maybe could help to see it dressed and also compared against another correctly sized head to see the difference.

Head size looks about on. Throw on a shirt and jacket and we'll know for sure. Will be getting this.
