I've looked at the ZCWO body and the neck is the same width and dimensions as the soldier story body featured over the page. Overall the body is very much like the ACI bodies but the arms are remarkably poseable. You won't be able to achieve any dynamic poses with this body but clothes would look pretty decent I think. One that would be ideal ( in my opinion ) for a Mad Max Road Warrior custom or even Rick from the Walking Dead. It is a nice slim body and well sculpted.

There is of course another option. The Enterbay Mr Han body. It has the soft rubber neck / torso and poseable arms etc. The only downside is that it may be a little on the short side.
