Received mine today and I love this sculpt. Many thanks to all those involved! :duff

Jeff, is there any possibility of replacement sculpts if ours get lost in transit?

The reason I ask is that the tracking says my two sculpts were delivered to Mark Simpson on 6th July, but he says he hasn't had them...

I received my sculpt a few days ago. It looks like the box was smashed in transit and sure enough the hat was broken. How can I get a replacement?

Thanks!

Hello, sad to see it came like that. Hirogen, please file a claim to the postal office, the pice was well packed. But, yes we have one extra hat for you.

I will get back to you soon

Hi Jeff, should it not be you who is filing the claim with the postal office, as the sender of the goods? Presumably part of the price you paid for the shipping included insurance against damage or non-receipt of goods (as is looking very likely in my case!), so by you filing the claim then you receive the insurance money for the sculpt that then allows you to cast a replacement for the affected party? If we as the buyer have to file the claim, then presumably if we get the money back then we then have to pay you again via PayPal before you'll send a replacement, unless you are offering to send the replacements out for free?

Please can you clarify the correct course of action that we should be following in the event of damaged or lost orders, because I am a little confused now!

Many thanks,
Pete
