A sound studio in Brooklyn that filmed some of the office scenes for Boardwalk just left some tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk with a sign that read "TAKE ME FOR FREE" and in smaller printer underneath that "Boardwalk Empire set furniture"
It was all gone with in minutes :lol

Ok Updated status of all orders on front page. Only missing a few display hats I Beleave. Aside from 3 later orders and those heads are ready on those order too just waiting on hats. These will be in the mail tonight if i have time in between my daughters classes other wise first thing in the morning.

Still trying to get to pm guys. If i missed u i will get to it in a few hours. Sculpts are still Available to order. But if u order a hat youll have to be patient im not finding any time to get to working on them till tomorrow or Wednesday.

so did the sculpts go out? sorry to ask but said they would go out yesterday or day before know update yet just curious no worries thanks.

A Jedi Warrior I have been sending pm's to Scotty about the same question since Dec 28th when he wrote me this - ( "Got your payment Will Ship First week of the new year or soonner. Good chance all get it in the mail before the new year thow no promises!")

Now here is the only response I have gotten since on the 15th after repeated pm's - ( "The front page is being updated with status of all order. Unfourtinitly All the people whom ordered extra hats are going out a bit later. I Updated everyone in the thread stating the failure rates on the hats are higher and its slowing me down a bit. I expect all orders to be filled and shipped buy this coming Monday." )

That never happened in my case......

Never happened in my case.......

Ive asked for his help in just sending out my sculpts first so my painter can get started. I even offered to pay the extra shipping for the hat once its ready.....Still nothing. I am sorry Scotty but I am now calling you out. Please tell me why the silent treatment? This is not fair to those who have paid as well and would like to get started on their figures as other are getting to do now. I do understand the hat issue and that is why I am offering to pay you to ship that piece later once you have them. Sorry but after my last email I did make it clear that I felt you were ignoring me. Still nothing back from you. I would like my head sculpts please with tracking.

Your exact words on 1-22-15 bro -

( "What I'm willing to do is send out the heads now(Between tomorrow and Monday). And at my own expense send out the hats hopefully next week but the week after at the latest.

I am sure he is just busy and everything is fine and we will get are sculpts soon enough it would of been nice to get these in the order of paid/ordered but as long as i get im happy. Also Scotty i have sent u a few pm's as well and no reply yet, I am sure u are just very busy and cant get to everything but not to make people worry a reply or update would be great. i know u updated on the 26th, i was just seeing if they went out then or yesterday like planned thanks.

I also don't have respons from Scotty for awhile, but I'm sure there is an objective reason.He( like a lot of people here )are overhelmed with different duties and just can't always check all posts and pms.But we can be sure about we'll get our stuff anyway and he'll answer to us when will be possibility for him.Delays in 1/6 world is just an ordinary thing

I get what you guys are saying and I truly appreciate that but I am not new to the game. Been in the action figure business for 20 years. I understand delays. I understand life. Hell I run two retail stores in two different cities and a full time single father. I have hundreds of customers. I do understand that he may be busy but if you put yourself out there to host these things then you have a do diligence to respond to a simple pm when you have taken money. Ive sent many. I see others getting these and was promised mine could be shipped by now but it has not and NO responses are just not cutting it. I have no doubt I will see them but being told one thing on different occasions and still nothing behind it is frustrating. Think about it.

Guys Im sorry I haven't been around here answering questions like my usually self. Those that have bought from me before know im probably the most honest seller on here. I never take anyone money till the last minute. No deposits nothing. This run may have been a bit slow bit i think im doing better than a lot of the other sellers on here that take your money months or years in advance. (NO offense) I love this hobby and im just like the rest of u im a collector and only do this for the love of having rare real cool figures.

Since I value everyone that has sent me money for these heads all say this last year has been tough on me. I lost my dog and been to 3 funerals since November and ive already been a depression case for years! I lost the women who raised me and its been hard. I have a bunch of health problems that im finding out are more serous than i thought. I have a busy life already with 2 kids that have play dates and a bunch of different classes almost everyday. I run another business an do this in my off time! Im dyslexic and and cant put my thoughts into words properly and vise versa. So when im depressed already and i see 15 emails its hard for me! I been trying to answer as many questions as possible in the thread. So far i been writing this email for probably 17 minutes and its only 4 sentences lol. Literary sounds like im just making excesses But i can go on and on!

On top of all this i been having issue with my pressure pot and keep bandaging it while i wait for my new one from china! And these hats have just been making my head hurt!


All orders but the ones going to silent surfer have been shipped. If u just sent me money in the last week the heads are ready waiting on me to figure out this hat situation. I may just send them like the rest. And send hats ant my own exspense.

Good to know. I can read quite good sometimes i have trouble remembering what im reading as im reading! Also reading words that arnt there! But My biggest problem is putting my thoughts into words and making sentences that make sense and typing them in a timely manner. Most people know what they want to write then write. I have a hard time with this and write a sentence one word at a time. Sometimes at the end of the sentence its aint making much sense.
