Hi freaks ,I have wrote an email to DID and I asked when this wonderful headsculpt of luis de funès should be available,
their reply : Thanks for your email and enquiry. We posted this photos on the forum aiming to show our new technology of head sculpting and painting. We did not mean to produce this figure in near future. We are so glad to know that you like this head sculpt.


.......So if you want a figure with a head like this, I think we can try to make a petition for....

It's a topnotch head sculpt from DID alright, but I think the problem is nobody know who he is . I don't know who he is .

Well, outside of a tiny part of Europe, the guy is probably an unknown.
Actually is one of the greatest french actors (if you're talking comedies) in history. The guy is like a french Steve Martin (though from an older generation).

Therein lies the rub. It's not so much that he is more or less known —he was quite famous across Europe back in the day—, but a matter of age. He was an actor of a bygone era that probably only people of a certain age or film buffs will know - like myself on both accounts.

I mean, just today I was watching a TV quiz show and this girl, who was very likely in her 30's, didn't know who Charles Chaplin was. I couldn't believe it. :slap No hope for poor Louis de Funès.
