There are different versions too, the latest has hand sewn tiny buttons and was maybe $225-$250 from Kato but only 25 or so were made.
I saw one of the previous shirts recently listed for $225, not sure if that was the final price but it did sell.

Actually the shirt with the buttons was $350 if you wanted just plain nailhead buttons then it was $250. Wish I'd jump on it but didn't.

Good eye TonTon. I included the boots painted in the set so Cap'n Cook can get the ball rolling on his Indy so less time searching for parts. Plus I have an extra unpainted pair so it was no trouble.Maybe the Creg boots?
