I can only speak for myself but personally I have no issue waiting if it's well communicated, it's the waiting without knowing that frustrates me.

It's the lack of communication or pictures that gets a little frustrating. If we got regular updates saying how far along it is, a likely date it'll ship. If there's delays that's fine. "I got delayed cause of this & they'll now ship then".

Pictures of near-complete sets....you know what I mean? I'm sure from what Luis has said, the communication breakdown is not with him but with Iris so that's a little disappointing.

Hopefully when it's all done and over we all get a lot of good sets and everyone is happy. I just wish Iris kept us all in the loop a little better is all.

This 100%. You keep people in the loop and then even when something goes wrong it will be accepted by most customers even if it means delays or starting from scratch.

It would never sit right with me to take on a project and not give regular updates to the client. Everyone has their own way of doing things though.

Nope she hasn't replied to me. Really hope this will ship soon, it wouldn't kill her to tell me if it needs to be delayed or something.

That's really poor, Luis. It doesn't take five minutes to reply to an email. Didn't you previously say you had sent her 5 pages worth of messages before she got back to you? That is an abysmal way to go about things in my opinion.

You would be forgiven for thinking that Iris was doing this project for free, out of the goodness of her heart, and hadn't actually been paid for it. It's like this project is an afterthought to her and she will just do it when she can be bothered. That is the impression I get, rightly or wrongly.


Ps. I hope Iris doesn't read this board or my set might mysteriously disappear in the post!

I'm hoping she's hard at work getting everything finished and packed up to ship. Maybe That's the reason for her late replays, if she can get them out by the end of this month we'll all be happy. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and think positively that she is getting everything ready for us.

She Finally got back to me. She said they will be on holiday in korea from the 24th to the 27th and will ship all orders on the 28th.

No offense to Iris, but today is the 21st. Theres still two full days before she goes on vacation. Why are we waiting an additional week past the original shipping date of the 15th?

From my understanding these were all ready to ship before Xmas but we asked to hold off till after the holiday shipping craziness. Here we are in the last week of January and it's getting pushed an additional week due to her taking vacation? Why is this?

Couldn't tell you honestly don't know why she is waiting to ship stuff out. But she finally got back to me and told me the ship date at least that's something to go on more so then no replay and no further info on shipping dates. My guess is she is still finishing the sets and getting them ready to ship.

On the 28th, assuming she sends them then, Luis will we all be receiving tracking numbers so we can follow our order? Will you provide that or will Iris ? I assume/ hope there will be tracking provided.
