I would imagine moveable eyes would be quite costly and drive the price beyond what folks are willing to pay. I could be wrong though.

I myself have spare DX Sparrow heads and will incorporate moveable eyes myself from those spare ones

Ok. Then may I suggest making one with adaptable PERS for people who may want to just transfer it from an original face to the new one? Leaving the eyes hollow

This project is almost 5 years old so doubtful anything will ever come of it. Would be nice though if someone did end up making a few more expressions that could fit the DX hairpieces
