Yeah it's a tough decision about the eyes, as said before, we are judging this sculpt way blown up out of scale, when of course in hand this head will be much smaller. Best thing to do is save an image to your computer and scale it down to about the size you'd expect in your hand, and that's where you get a closer 1:1 comparison.


But judging by the photos, almost all of the time there seems to be a little white under Mark's eyes just the way he's walking around looking all doe eyed. So maybe a slight upward look is best in general. Either way will look nice. But I guess slightly up!

Yeah that works really well. Seems to me like the eyes need to be glossed up quite a bit more too. Or maybe made a bit pinker on the sides or given a bit of shadow under the upper eyelid to give them more dimension.

I vote for slightly up. I can't believe how horrible the Hot Toys sculpt looks compared to this masterpiece.
