This is an amazing project and the facial likeness is stunning, but I have to agree with others that the hair feels off from how he looked on screen.

Yea, the hair needs to be addressed. His hair was also thinning and not so full.

Gotta disagree with the hair detractors. How else are you going to sculpt the hair he had on screen? I think the height and volume are pretty much spot-on!

I was thinking the hair was a bit off, but after seeing the image above and looking more online, I'd say it's pretty damn close! And I agree that sculpting that style of hair could be a little tricky... But the sculpt looks absolutely incredible! It's Douglas for sure!

Hi Guys, First of all, Thank you so much for the support and compliment. There seems some issue about hair so I think, explain and tell about this.
Doug`s hair on this film is most tricky part for me. Hair is little buzz style in the movie however, it is not that short enough to express like buzz on sculpting. I should think about volume of hair and it is impossible to describe the every hair by clay so need to make shape with its own specificity. I have tried many type of sculpting of hair of his and this shape was the best shape and effort at the end. Also the trace of the glasses on each side of the hair are the reason to be shown little bit off. This will be much better after painting and glasses on IMO.
The height of front hair is not that long as I usually take a shot from up to down so you can see hair till top of the head. If I took a shot little from down to top, it will looks proper as I already measured it.
I have been really enjoying the work of this and also feel bliss going this figure up step by step. I also hope to share my feeling and communicate with you till the end.

I like the hair. I love that you made that kinda detail with a sculpt where as some just leave that kinda detail out of the process with hair sculpting.
I would agree with Hosam-G on the arms though.

It's a gorgeous sculpt. After viewing many images online, the hair is pretty much spot-on. The detail is incredible and I'm extremely pleased with it. I've been wanting this guy in 1/6 scale for years! Now it's finally happening!
