Looks good so far, as for the size of the horn I think the PF is about the right size. So just scaling that down would be approrpriate.

Will you be sculpting hands? I'm guessing this is a figure that will need specific hands sculpts; and maybe sculpting the horn into a hand would work (again like was done on the PF).
