I can't tell if that's it or not. I based mine on the master replicas set and the sword is 7'' long. The Shield also seems larger.

Still looks good though!

quick bump to update. Mike from old days of yore got back to me saying he will take on the leather work (belt, strap, and pouches). I'm waiting for him to get back to me now with an estimated price.

I haven't started the sculpt yet, I agreed to work on this after I finished some stuff I need to do first, it is still on schedule and this is coming for sure, but just need a little bit more of time.

So, please bear with me, I want to do this, I have been thinking on a lot of ways on how to resolve some stuff like the boots. I'm going to make it a 2 piece boot so it doesn't hinder the articulation on the body, and some other stuff.

Awesome man, great to hear you are on board and putting your touch on this! :clap

Take our time and do them right :hi5:

very interested in this...bro loves this fig would love to get it for him to introduce him to the customs =)

would you like to be added to the potential list?

Also guys, we do have a few back ups on the leather work if Mike were to drop out. So far that's one of my biggest concerns. The time Cheungkinmen needs is well worth it :). He needed time to get to Max Payne but once he did it, he friggin' knocked it out of the park.

I've fallen a bit behind on my painting schedule due to some film related work. I'll try my best to have a paint up of the shield this Sunday or Monday for you guys.

Just doping in to say I got a PM from Cheungkinmen saying hes still all about this project but, if you guys find the wait for him to be too long he would be okay if we shop around for another sculptor. his current project has taken a bit longer than he thought.

Personally I'm okay with waiting a little longer. If we are going to do this we should do it right. Cheungkinmen is reliable, communicates frequently, and does top notch work. Not saying the other sculptors are lesser or bad, just saying my experience with him has been totally worth the wait.

Thoughts?

I'm still working on getting that shield painted btw.

Im probably of the minority here but i say move forward with the project if you got to go to another sculptor no harm in it .

I say stick with JOhnny. I've never been disappointed with his work. To have his skill and artistic eye on this project is completely worth the wait!

I know this was a quick turn around, for me, but i want the best i can get. Bring it on. In time.

Sent from the Monolith.
