Same here.I still haven't had time to buy and start this game but I better get on that fast. These two look unbelievable! anic:
I read one review that said a huge chunk of the game was solving minor puzzles and moving boxes around to climb on or whatnot, and that though the story was fantastic, the gameplay was actually a bit of a disappointment. Obviously, some of you here disagree, but I might watch it on Youtube sometime myself, anyway, as I doubt I'll ever carve out the time to try and play it through.Experiencing any part of this game through Youtube would be an utter travesty, Mike, don't do it!

My major problem is finding the time to do it. I can devote little chunks of time to entertainment, like 30 minutes to an hour on a given night, but I imagine you might have a tough time playing through a game like that if you can't give it more time at a sitting. I've got about 10 different critically acclaimed games I bought over the last 3 or 4 years that I've never been able to play through for that reason. Maybe when the kids have gone off to college in about 17 years!
Actually that's exactly how I played it! Probably for the same reasons (wife and kid). I would have preferred playing it in longer stretches, but it didn't diminish the impact the game had on me or my enjoyment of it. The save points are very frequent, so you can quit at pretty much a moment's notice and not lose much progress, if any at all.
I might give it a shot, then. This game seems to have captured the hearts and minds of gamers more than anything since, what, the mid-90s when Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid first came out?Actually that's exactly how I played it! I would ABSOLUTELY put on the level of Resident Evil 1&2, Tomb Raider, Metal Gear Solid and Mario 64

thank you
I actually played through the game in a day. Started at night, played a bit, and slept. Woke up and played until I finished it, I feel like that's the best way to experience the story in it's entirety. Some people can run though the game without sleep and to them I say good for you but that's simply unhealthy for me. :lol
Also Wake, do you mind answer my question posted in my last post on this thread? Thanks
