some people are so scared of embracing nostalgia - especially if it makes them feel like a kid when they try so hard to prove they're "grown ups" - to the point they make fun of people who embrace their likes, because they're worrying someone may see their interest or true hopes as a weakness. smh indeed. Reminds me of... whatdya know, the story of Hook. lol.
This project is a godsend.

That's exactly right, I loved my childhood memory's and the things I grew up with. That being said I wonder why Johnny is doing Pan and MG is doing Hook. MG has a bit of experience on the likeness with Robin Williams. There both great artist tho so maybe it don't make a difference.

I think they are hopefully collaborating with one another, there will be an extraordinary amount of work for Hook.

I didn't think anyone would ever wanna tackle Hook.
His costume is so elaborate and has so much stuff going on.
This will Really be one Phenomenal Figure to see when it's done!

Thank you for all the kind words guys! For me Hook has always been a special movie. I loved it when I was younger and I love it now. Its messages were deep. And lets face it... all of us never wanted to grow up... thats why we are in this hobby to begin with. Not to mention that Hook had one of the greatest soundtracks of all time!

I have been wanting to see this project get made since I got into the hobby. Sometimes I would look at Bill the Butchers curly mustache and think.... Man I wish I had a Captain Hook lol.

Someone asked earlier when sculpting is going to begin. I believe MG2065 is starting the sculpting process in June on Captain Hook. As far as the group artist involvement, we are all working with each other and talking with each other on decisions, ideas, etc. It is very much a collaborative among all who are involved. We are having a lot of fun and you will see that reflected in the work!
