Oooh magnets very nice! I had never thought of that until I got a custom from Spenser and hot toys hands were attached to a medicom body with magnets. I wish I had done that with my ghostbusters figures instead of gluing the hand pegs into the gloves haha. Very nice work!

Thanks man. Yeah thats how the hands are attached as well on the Oompa. Works great. Hand attaching is always a ***** to make work with custom hands

It looks awesome on the body the scale is perfect and the magnet idea works well, genius idea! :hi5:

As for the paint rub its not such a big issue because the bottom of the neck will be covered with the turtle neck..... I'd think that a lot of people will, have him looking forward but it's good to have the option to pose the head!

To protect the paint, just widen the hole in the body slightly, and place a thin piece of fabric. It will allow it to move without scratching the paint. It is what I do on many of my customs.

That is a good idea man! Ill let you guys do that if you want too. A bit too much extra dremeling for me on 14 sets or whatever it is total

I am not too worried about paint damage on a part of the sculpt that won't ever be exposed.

Just curious, the Oompa head can look straight ahead and not tilted upward unless wanted.

I would imagine it would be like the photo on te top of this page. I imagine with the range of motion that it can look down too. It's an amazing touch to add

Its looking good! Is this a different hair or is it just styled?

The hairline on the forehead may be a smidge too high. when it is hatted it looks really good.

I am so excited for both of these!!

I'm really looking forward to these fun loving characters being on display next to each other. I think the sweet pea will be like Jake's Oompa and will have magnets. I like the looks of that and then it will be easier for Popeye and Olive to actually hold sweet pea. All of this stuff is just so fun to look forward to.

This is probably going to sound pretty stupid no matter how I put it, so I'm just going to say it - does anyone know where the original rocco sculpts went? were they all shipped separately to each person who put in an order? I'm having trouble tracking down my oompa body.
