That is the way usually custom sculpts are. Some people glue neck plugs inside the head. I and as far as I know many other collectors just use blue tac and put it on top of the neck.

Thanks! I was looking at my sculpt and it looks like MJ made some subtle changes to this run! The face looks a little skinnier and less "Asian."
Or it could be that because my sculpt is unpainted. Still it looks slightly different. A lot cooler than I thought in the initial images of this thread. :lol
