The last paid batch supposedly shipped Monday before last.
Even with cheap shipping I should have gotten it by now, and I haven't.

Would love an update also.
If mine hasn't been started I'd like to go ahead and just get a refund so I can put the funds towards other projects.

I did speak to Zach a week or so ago and while I did not ask whether others' heads had been shipped, i know my stuff was close to being completed

Yeah I'm not trying to be unreasonable, and I do understand the personal situation and the chaos that caused, I'm simply following up because he posted that all paid in full heads went out on the 12th and I never got a confirmation, PM, email, tracking number or anything and I definitely should have gotten it by now.

I paid for my order in full on July 16th, 2 months and a week ago. I dont think I'm being unreasonable just wanting to know where my order is or just asking for the funds back, no harm, no foul. I'm not being insensitive to the personal situation that arose, I just think a couple of months is fair to know whats going on or to get a refund. Payment in full usually raises a red flag to me, and I prefer not doing it.

A simple email or pm to your customers individually, not a thread post goes a long way to alleviate the stress of not knowing what is going on.

I paid for mine on July 6th. I am not trying to rush things, but an update would be nice. I do think MRM's Joker heads look the best, and I am excited about having it in my collection.

It's been 2 and a half months since I paid in full, no PMs answered recently, no updates on my particular order, no posts or shipping numbers sent.
The only real communication I ever had as far as timelines was you saying these take you about 2 weeks top to do from start to ship.

I know the heads are top notch, but this long and nothing to go by I have lost pretty much all the interest I had, I just want my money back and we can part ways on the deal.
Again I understand what you recently went through, but I have been left in the dark with nothing to go by. I just sent another email prior to this post.

I don't mean to bring this up publicly but I can't get an answer any other way.
I'm sure my window has expired to dispute the charge, so I would kindly ask for the full refund.
It would be far less of a deal if the balance was due upon completion, keeps the artist/seller motivated to finish the work.

Please let me know if you need my paypal address for the refund.
