The Napoleon Dynamite Production Team is as follows:

Head Sculpt: Michael Garver (mg2065)

Tailor: Sil, also referred to as Rainman's tailor!

Boots: The Danger

Accessory: IDM Customs

Glasses: To be announced!

This project has become a MASSIVE collaboration with several amazing 1:6 artists contributing their talent to make the best Napoleon Dynamite figure possible. Napoleon will have "real" hair, I have ordered a sample and expect it to arrive sometime next week. Right now, this will be a limited run of 10 complete figures.

There is a list of accessories being compiled right now. A time machine, tater tots, a spoon with ham, sketchbook of drawings are all being considered. What will be used has yet to be decided, but the outfit will be the "Vote For Pedro" look. Afterwards, if the interest is there, I will offer the Helicopter and/or Endurance t-shirt and sweatpants down the line. More details will follow very soon, you will not be disappointed!

A small update. I have a sculptor confirmed for this project but we need to build more interest. As much as I'd love to be the only one with a Napoleon Dynamite figure, I just can't afford it. :naughty So bring it on people, let's get this going!

Thought these were cool when I saw them on the sculptor's web site. These are 1/9th scale so they wouldn't work for your project, but it shows the potential for cool figures of these characters.

Thought these were cool when I saw them on the sculptor's web site. These are 1/9th scale so they wouldn't work for your project, but it shows the potential for cool figures of these characters.

Weren't these the ones used in Robot Chicken ?

Weren't these the ones used in Robot Chicken ?

It came from the Robot Chicken gallery on their website so I imagine it is the ones used for filming.

Things are moving along quite well so far. Napoleon's sculptor will be revealed in time. For now, here is a VERY crude work-in-progress sculpt of Napoleon's moon boots, as well as a pre-tweaked sai as an accessory and a sample of the material we will use for his hair. Again, forgive the messiness of the sculpt, this is still very early.
