Kind of thbink the same thing. The screen caps that I have show it being two layers like the back. I decided to make it one layer but used the outer layer. I can go back and add the under layer but I might need to use a larger buckle and the next size up is too large although I could just make the part that enters the buckle smaller.

Also I made the scarf for U3. I was going to have some made but I found some that I already had made up and it looks pretty close. I 'll add pics later.

Yep, I was going to add it to the U3 sets-Holster,bandolier,watch and scarf.

Here's the new U2 holster. I added the extra underlayer and I think it really helps.

Finished the U3 bandolier. Also first draft of the scarf. The second one is drying and is given a weathered look. Also shown is the watch. I might use a thicker leather under the watch strap.

I got a few more things in Drake is starting to come together. All I need is head, shoes, watch and muscle body.

Ok, sorry for so many posts but here's most likley the final version of U3. I made the pouches on the back look better-still don't function. I like the front now as I did not like the front on the second one.

It's a 2 or 3 mm ring. I buy mine in bulk. I use leather lace for the necklace. If you are in the US I could make one for you. I should be able to do $6.00 shipped. If you are close to California I might be able to save on the shipping.
