I think you need a much wider jaw. His head is nearly a square with a chin... And I think your features are too big for the head. Extremely quick but you can see what i mean...

This project is far from dead! In fact, it's just getting started. With the drop of Nelly's latest studio album later this month I hope to have this figure done soon. Here is what I personally have done so far:
