A bunch of different ones, but I actually bought some off of Ebay tonight that I hadn't seen before. If you just search for 1/6 sword you'll find a bunch that run from $9.99 - $30 each.

I bought a pair of these tonight they're pretty long at 7.9":

I've also used the swords from the GI Joe Snake Eyes figure, those are really nice but don't come with scabbards.

The second one you posted isn't really 1/6 scale. Its much bigger. I ordered one a from this seller a while back and it's basically a keychain.

Yeah, I bought a pair of the 5.5" swords and a pair of the 7.9" so I could check them both out. Hard to find metal blades for under $20, so I figured I'd give them a try.
