The prototype stuff from Rob. Don't worry, Rob isn't playing favorites.

(Even though I'm his favorite)

Watches will be done some time next week. The camera will take more time. I ran in to a problem while modeling that I'm trying to resolve. Some how I built the model at the wrong size. Its way too small. And because of the construction of some of the parts, I can't just enlarge it. At least I can't figure out how. So I'm trying to export import so that I can resize. Its the limitation of me and/or the software. I'm also trying to get caught up on everything while opening two shows. At least you can have the watches for now.

Is there any chance I can wait for the camera and have my watch, camera and sculpt shipped together? Shipping to Australia isn't cheap, I'd like to get them in one if possible. I don't mind waiting.

It's weird seeing this jacket little because I've owned the same Prada jacket that jake wore in the movie for a few years now, I remember finding it funny when I saw it on him in the movie...and this thread reminded me that I needed to take it to get it tailored because it was too big for me.

I should have asked yunsil to do it for me haha, still not a fan of this character as a figure but it turned out great congrats to all who are getting it!

Haha man let me tell you she really nailed that jacket, right Down To the fabric texture and fit. It looks close to the real thing it's kind of scary...

you guys did a hell of a job with this one as always, and I'm always a fan of seeing decent movies get some attention especially ones that are little known. I liked the movie, didnt love it, but thought Jake was pretty good and it was a good film with a few major holes. It's just the character of Lou that I don't have a desire for as a figure. Good or bad, I gravitate to a character with some sense of charm and likeability. It's why Walter White makes you want to root for him or even a rapist and anarchist like Alex DeLarge is likeable in some way. Same for patrick bateman somehow, he's smooth, charismatic and charming in his own way. The movie American psycho probably wasnt as good as nightcrawler actually, but somehow bateman is a likeable character. I think for me why I didn't feel the need to own a something from nightcrawler is because I don't think that Lou had a single redeeming characteristic or even anythjng the made me very endeared to him in anyway whatsoever. He made me uncomfortable, was awkward and intense in a way that Travis bickle (who often gets compared to this character ) wasn't because he was equally as awkward, but it was without that sense of nievity and innocence and the misguided idea that he was crusading for a greater good. He was self interested and not charming in the slightest and really screwed over the only people who showed him supoort and acceptance, that and he didn't really have any power... He was really a weasel and a coward.

Just my late night rambling and soley my opinion of course! There may be a few thst don't see it like I do. :D

No, I also see Lou as a sociopath with no redeeming characteristics. But then, so is Daniel Plainview.

I'm getting the sculpt because I really liked the movie, and Gyllenhaal's performance.
