Did everyone's Mother arrive with all limbs attached?

Mine finally got released from customs and delivered earlier today, but her right arm was lying loose at the bottom of the box and I'm having a right b*****d of a time trying to see how I can reattach it. The fact the dress seems impossible to remove isn't helping at all.





Any suggestions would be appreciated as getting increasingly frustrated here :slap

Mine came attached. I thought the outfit would be easy to remove as there is a velcro top to bottom I remember. But havent tried ao I might be mistaken.
