If you guys that want Keifer from Lost boys and can get about 15, 20 people together and are willing to pay $700, then you should email Rainman. He may do it. Or even Marty.
I personally would not want to spend that kind of money on these characters, but I would be really happy for you.

I mean I get we all have our odd wants, but I don't want easy characters from Rainman.

These are $800 toys. Having one is insane. Most of us have more then that, we are all absolutely nuts.

But this is a perfect example of maximizing this hobby. That is a maximum premium price for this stuff that Rainman is charging and it's been steadily increasing with every release.

For that price I want my money's worth. Willy Wonka is a perfect example of what I want to see. His shirt alone with those ruffles is more complicated then Tony Soprano's entire outfit would be.

You really would rather have Keifer in a trench coat or Denzel in a plain leather jacket over something grandoise and eye popping? :dunno If it were a bootleg art figure for $150, I'd still have trouble justifying those.

:exactly::goodpost: Totally agree. While much of the suggestions are great characters, I would not pay $800 for most of them. Wonka, Mad Max or even Marty would be much more Rainman worthy and would be worth the Rainman price tag IMO.

i'd love a david from lost boys, but i hear what you guys are saying about maximizing what you get. which is why it would be great if rainman moved right along to tombstone. or something really challenging like a watchmen nite owl (probably not popular enough or rainman's style).

i'd pay that much for a raoul duke. with all his accessories he'd be worth it. and no-one is EVER going to touch that license, let's face it.

after taking into account a complex outfit and a wicked looking character from a cool movie, my most recent rainman suggestion is also...

crow.jpg

also, what better way to make use of a bruce lee body!!

Bruce Lee body would be too small and ripped for the Crow.

Brandon was much taller and bigger than Bruce. I think the usual narrow + rainman chest piece would be better for this.

Nite Owl would be perfect. I was really hoping that this was going to be the next figure after the Comedian. Hoping, Hoping, never happened

I would spend $800 in a second on him, but this would be a hard one to make.

Yeah, Nite Owl would seem to be a whole new beast for Rainman, with so many sculpted parts (and probably a rubber material of some kind needed for the suit and cowl) being necessary. Would be awesome, but I just think it goes so far beyond what he's previously done. I don't know if it would be feasible.

It's a figure ht could easily do though.

theoretically. but if you're actually holding out for them to do it, i'd say keep dreaming.

it would be an awesome challenge fo sho.

Warren Beatty was a cilent of mine.....total douche! I liked this movie as a kid though :lol

Seagal is a woefully underrated action star IMO. Yes, he's eccentric and he isn't flashy, but his fight scenes were more realistic pre-cursors to the current wave of Jason Bourne-type fighting in movies. Quick and to the point. Breaking guys wrists all over the place, throwing _____es through windows, etc. And the pro-environmentalism theme in his later movies is pretty weird and awesome. I think he's the second best action star of the late-'80s/early '90s after Bruce Willis.
