Yeah. . .it'll probably be a flavor of the week kind of movie sorta like Drive was last year. Will probably be pretty good, will probably get a lot of hype, but probably won't be special enough to have a lot of genuine staying power as far as cult movies go. Lots of pretty good movies come out every year, but how many of them are genuinely special like, say, Taxi Driver, or the Big Lebowski, or Pulp Fiction?

Not a knock on people who are always looking for the next pretty good, indie-inspired movie, but when you're talking about $500-1,000 figures, I'm not gonna be all that interested personally.
