Same here, buddy! :wink1: Don't ya just love old films, where there was actually scripts, directors, and actors who defined/DEFINE the art of motion picture. Legends and for good reason. Look I like GONY, I give it credit ok. Mostly because Marty Directed it. Day Lewis was good but in my opinion not that fantastic to warrant all this masterful artist attention. And lots of Characters from older films... Let's say 1970s and below take the back seat and why? :idea Money. Bill collecting is divided between half actual fans and half hype followers who buy to be part of the cool crowd and with those two groups combined there is a lot of money to be made in the custom bill arena. I respect those who actually are passionate about this character as a figure as I am passionate about older movie characters as figures.. If they existed. :monkey2

Blondie, Col Mortimer, Angel Eyes, Tuco, Wonka, Alex DeLarge, Travis Bickle, Regan McNeil, Damien Karras, Norman Bates, were from which decades again?

I myself have no interest in Gangs Of New York (regardless of who directed it) or the character of Bill, but plenty of others obviously do. Just as there's plenty of reasons other than a quick money grab that could lie behind his decision to offer up another sculpt of this guy. Maybe, it's just a case of giving people what they've been asking for? Maybe it's just a character he personally enjoys sculpting? Maybe it's just a quick, cathartic way of getting back into the saddle after being stung by criticism of his Bates sculpt?

At the end of the day, what he chooses to create and offer is entirely his own choice. Don't like it, don't buy it. No need to be bummed out by it.

Wow, I just checked his site. The ordering pages are up (not available yet though of course) and they're bloody expensive. $300-$350 apiece and $630 for both bloody and clean heads?! :thud: I'm out for sure.

They're necked sculpts too so there might be some problems with the open necked clothing sets...

bloody version must be used with rubber body imo. cuz sleeves must be rolled up. and as i know there is no neckless rubber body, right?
