HAA...I had no idea Beto was going to do this base!!!.....soon as I saw the Barn i assumed that was it and no more bases for F13 would be made....so i started making my own and it eerily looks almost the same!!!!....so now i may have to rethink mine...lol....this looks awesome tho!!!

I tried something similar a few years ago. I used water effects for the lake.
