Sorry just seeing your reply. If you're trying to be really cheap, if you have the chipped off end, you can maybe use some gorilla glue or krazy glue to glue it back just make sure to align it properly and make sure it's a thin layer if using gorilla glue since it will puff up when setting.
As far as full repair, that's probably going to need millput, some sculpting to match ear structure, and paint to match body color.
