We are actually looking to get 16 (or close to 16) interested people per character to get them to happen, so all the lists are open and I will add you on. Leeloo is close enough she will be happening for sure!

Minor update. Been planning ahead for Leeloo. (I will add pics when I get home.)
Right now the rough breakdown for WGP's Leeloo as a full figure will include two different heads (cute and serious),
multi-pass and a hand to hold it
kung fu "come get me" hands,
orange suspender costume, body and gun.

Absolutely looking forward to this one. I'm sure the new wig approach will also work great for this. Now if folks would just vote for Ultraviolet I would be even more thrilled because finding the old Triad outfits has been blinkin' impossible.

Just to show everyone what Nexus is talking about, I just got pics back of the test wig for our Romana from Doctor Who, and I am VERY happy with the results. The wig maker makes them special for each head by hand using a special technique (molded skull cap) and the results look very realistic. This will look great for any character with longer hair or any character we want to have real hair. The wigs cost approx $60-$65 each.
Milla will be the first female we will be making a single bald head for, since the same head can be used for Ultraviolet and Alice, then we will offering different character wigs for her to service her different looks, (made as ordered). We hope to offer the basic bald head in the beginning of the year with the first wig. We are just spit-balling so haven't really thought much farther yet. Sculpted hair Millas will still happen but we want to see what the wig maker can do.
Leeloo will have her own unique head, and we haven't decided if she should be wigged or not. What do you guys want?

If you do the outfits I'll take maroon, white, black and purple. So does that count as four? Also, I have a triad Harley Chic 3.0 if your seamstress needs a reference in order to create the pattern.

I'm more than happy to send you the suit if you need it. Triad confirmed they are not reissuing Harley Chic 3.0. Other than the jumbo zipper it looked pretty close to the screen version. They did them in black, white and maroon. I have a maroon. Not sure if it would make sense to do all in white and then dye and color, or if they would be done in the colors from the get go. Purple and Blue would also probably sell. Ike-Con did several Ultraviolet customs 2-3 years before I started collecting 1:6 and he had several of the outfits (all gone now), so he can probably give you some additional thoughts.
Would you also do the guns, glasses and sword? I'm sure patterns for all could be easy to find. I've seen replicas of the sword advertised.
I'm sure Leeloo will be a huge hit. Please put me down for the DX version if that's what you end up calling it--both heads, both outfits, any accessories.
