Prototype Price: US $ 350
Below is the Batch Run Pricing. The assumption here is that all of the sets will be made at same time in order to get the discounted rate.
For a Run of at least 10 to 20 Sets
Price Per Set is US$250 per set
For a Run of more than 20 Sets
Price Per Set is US$200 per set
Combined Shipping, Packaging, Handling of Clothing Sets with Tracking to a Single Address is
US$25 for first set (add US$3 per additional set)
Terms and Conditions:
Prototyping is imperative before we proceed with the run. So please account for this cost as well as our combined shipping fee when computing your "per set" price to give out to the end users. The run pricing is valid only when all the orders are done together as one entire batch. Photos of the clothing will be sent to you for approval before we proceed with the run. If you would require us to send the prototype to you, we could do so for a fee of $25 to ship the custom made clothing. However, you would need to send the prototype back when we produce the run, so that we have a consistent physical reference during production.
Each piece is custom-made on pre-order basis and our estimated turnaround time is 8-12 Weeks. This production time frame will depend on our work load at the time you place your order. We follow first-in, first-out policy so the time given is just an estimate. An order is considered confirmed once we receive the payment. We do our best to finish ahead of time and notify you via email if we finish earlier.
Please take note that this is custom made for 1:6 Scale Toy Figure Only and we do not accept refunds
We only ship to a verified Paypal Address. Any requests to ship to a non-registered address when making the payment will not be covered by Paypal Protection.
Before we proceed any further we would need to set the following conditions pertaining to this run:
1) We will only deal with you as our single point of contact for this run that you will be launching. We do not want to confuse matters by communicating with different people for this run.
2) Payment collection of all interested parties for the run you will launch will be done either by you as our single point of contact representative. Once all payments are in please inform us so that we can send the appropriate invoice to your Paypal registered eMail Address. Once payment is made, the order will be confirmed and will be subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
3) We will only ship all orders to the registered Paypal address of the one who pays for the item to make the transaction secured and covered by Paypal protection for buyer and seller. The person who pays us will be in charge of shipping the orders individually to the respective buyers. You would need to add the individual shipping fee on top of the price we gave above and pass that cost on to the buyers.
4) Please take note that there is a 6% Handling Fee on top of the price quoted.
5) This run will not be exclusive, our business thrives on accepting single commission tailoring work and exclusive runs are detrimental to us. We reserve the right to accept commissions from anyone who approaches us directly regarding this Clothing Set after we have finished the run.
