chilipep...this is just an observation....make all three planks the same width....the middle one in yours seems to be a bit under sized...I think once you correct that....you will have an awesome(r) piece...

Agreed and maybe it's the pic but does the real shield have all those metal rivets?

and AJK, I believe it does, I based it off of what fullmetal did, as well as the film and this particular prop photo (Although in the film the center and metal parts have a more metallic finish and less of a brown plastic look) I noticed the shield looking different scene to scene, I think sometimes it may have had them and sometimes not, but I think they add to the visual appeal
