Once paid, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and can NOT be transferred towards buying / preordering another item.
Please respect the sculptor's and tailor's deadline of 1 month which already includes multiple progress reports with photos. Excessive and repetitive inquiries on progress before the deadline is near only adds to the artists' frustration. (We all know how 'Are we there yet?' feels like..)
