TTM20 would be too big for a Rocky Sly. I would suggest using a TTM21

TTM21 is definitely what I was thinking.

21 would be a good size for Rocky IMO. Sly was no Arnold in the late '70s/early '80s.

I love the Arnie Kim version with neck, so this is how Johnny will proceed

Neck would be good but that mainly will depend on the body that you settle on. I'm sure it would be a body that calls for a necked sculpt though
