The feather thing on the hat works great I think, the camera washed a bit of the color, looks almost white, but it's not.

I think I'll start painting in a few days. What do you guys think ? please be gentle! ray haha.

I've watched Rocky 1-4 MANY times each and Rocky 5 a few times back in the day. It's been years since I've revisited any of them. Since this project started I've watched 1-4 a few times a piece and even my girlfriend is hooked.

Thanks to Teddy for quarterbacking this and thanks to Johnny for making it come alive. This project resparked my love and appreciation for the movies and the character :hi5: :duff

Rocky V was on tv yesterday what a pile of doo doo
The original will always be the best.
Knew the sculpt was good but painted up its mental especially the eyes.

I think it is PERFECT JOhnny... Everyone wants/sees something different I suppose (referring to that particular pic above by greatlakes6 - I can see why!), but the stubble shading is spot on IMO!!!!

I guess it's subjective but I like the more clean shaven look. He appears both super clean shaven and a lil' stubley so I guess it's a matter of taste

:lol:lol Yea by pt. 5 the saga was out of steam.

2 actually might be my favorite and I think that the first 3 were all equally as strong as each other; part 4 only takes a slight dip IMO.

My only suggestion would be beefing up the feather a bit if that's possible.

We couldn't get a clear look at the button behind the feather either. Is it gold/bronze Johnny?
