Ok guys, I received an email from RM's tailor today. Let's have your thoughts please?

The TTM19 looks great actually.

Your thoughts would be appreciated guys so I can get back to RM's tailor asap!

Thanks

Problem many folks will have with the TTM-19 is cost, but that's not a concern for me since I have an extra. I'm sure HT will do another run, but it might not be until next year.

But here's the real problem I would anticipate--almost no one is going to pose Sly without the jacket. So what really matters isn't the sweater's fit so much as the jacket on top of the sweater. Considering this is 1/6 scale, sometimes materials and layering that work in 1/1 scale won't work at this level.

In other words, a muscle body like the TTM-19 may look great with the sweater, but may make him look too bulky when the jacket is applied. Having said that, Rainman's tailor is the best and may be able to work around this kind of problem, but I'm far more concerned with how the jacket looks over the sweater than simply how the sweater looks on the body.

Shall I tell her to go TTM19 then? Tailor the sweater and leather jacket to the 19?

That makes a lot of sense, and I did think that myself, but you can't fault RM's tailor for trying to get every detail right.

There is also another option for people who cannot get a TTM19 and that is HITFIGURE's muscle body which essentially is a copy of the TTM19 but with a slightly different chest:

Joints are not as tight as the TTM19 but it can hold poses perfectly. I have some of them and they are awesome IMO. I might even use one for Rocky, the whole figure is clothed so no difference can be spotted.

Completely agree. Much more concerned with how this looks with the jacket, but if others feel strongly about TTM19, I`m ok with it.
