I agree with JonEl, I just want the figure and not have to deal with returns and refunds - this is the part of buying customs I loathe.

Having paid in full on 02/21 it's already over a month & the Paypal window to file claims is almost closed. Having PM'd you multiple times regarding replacements/refunds and getting no reply since last Thursday does not bode well.

If I hadn't received a pm from another member I wouldn't even had known you replied at all :dunno

I appreciate you saying you may have shipped a replacement (?) but this is news to me and never got any tracking info from you.

I don't think it's professionayou post about the possibility of potentially losing money on top of this bc you chose to declare a $20 value on the customs form. Not only is that illegal but you basically screwed yourself trying to save a few dollars in shipping.

If 2 figures happen to arrive I'll gladly return 1, but at this point I have none with no tracking info for replacement either.

actually i declare 20$ is for you guys ,so you will not pay the custom for my figure :thud: fyi (value doesnt effect the shiping cost,and at this part i didnt save any dollars from the shiping..well i add more extra 5$ to cover up too)

no i decide to cancel the replacement,i cant risk of missing again...not until i got news from post that the item is missing officially

the problem is the stuff is really late,and you guys worried + cant wait too

i dont want you guys feel bad to me..i want to be responsible for this even this is a 3rd party mistake

i'm still tracking this problem with my local post office..and i cant sent it again until i got the official statement of the stuff

but this option is what i can do now,a full refund to you guys..(and lets wait for the official statement for the item)

I'll take the full refund while we wait to find out what happened to the first shipment as well.

It's not that we "can't wait" it's that Paypal offers a specific time frame of buyer protection and it's almost at its limit since we've been waiting so long.

So how long do you want to wait for an official statement? It's been 25 days since the last tracking update and I honestly don't know what your post office could be doing to look for a few missing shipments from that long ago.

Was surprised to get an update from USPS after a month of this falling off the radar but it finally came in.

The bad: The bow was broken in 2 places & the Amell sculpt was detached from the neck and the material used inside the sculpt (glue maybe?) was scattered everywhere.


The good: Other than the above there appears to be no other damage as the suit, quivers, wrist arrows + holster, and arrows are all intact.

Got mine too!! I had two broken tips off the wrist arrows but I've since started gluing them back

Glad everyone got theirs..finally. Mine arrived a couple of days ago in perfect condition until I took it out of the box and snapped one of the wrist arrows. Gahh! glued it back, good as new. Anyway here's mine in crappy ipad pics. head by Phoenix Force. black gloves from HT Saizo

Some got it quick, others it took over a month. :dunno

I tried the body swap and ended up breaking the zipper regardless how carefully I tried to get the coat back on. Coupled with the shipping drama and broken parts on arrival this ended in disaster for me.
