Hi guys. This is a kit i built and painted for a client. I have no clue where he got it but it was the worst casting ive ever worked on. The clean-up and build itself took over 15 hours. Nothing fit. There was a 1/8th inch step running across the head that had to be ground down and then the area resculpted. Everything that could have gone wrong while building this guy did. The foam i filled it with did not expand. Had to drain it all out and refill. This was by far the hardest build and paint ive ever done. I really hope i pulled it off, lol. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Hi guys. This is the new Gillman bust from Collapse Industries. It was sculpted by Mikkel Fradsen and cast by Kirk Kirkland. The casting was fantastic and the detail has to be seen to be believed. They are newly available on their webpage: https://www.collapseindustries.com/ Highly recommended.

I had a lot of fun with this guy. I wanted to give him some character and i also wanted to make sure my paintjob did not go muddy. I used a lot of mottling in the skin tones and there are a bunch of greens, grays and browns in there. I also saw how some fish have the lighter belly and mouth area so i used my interpretation of this to make him a bit different. I would love you hear your thoughts. Thanks guys.

Photobucket has been taking a lot of the detail out of my photos lately. You can go to my facebook page linked in my signature to see higher resolution shots.

Hi guys. This is my build up of Industria Mechanika's Dystopic astronaut kit. Its 1/6th scale. This was the best engineered resin kit ive ever built. Everything was perfectly keyed and fit together with no filler at all. Just some seem lines to fix and i had to fill the base with resin so that it wold support the figure since it was cast hollow. This was a very complicated build. The orbs and wires were left unattached because i am shipping this to a client. I included the last photo so that you can get an idea of what the entire figure will look like once assembled by the client. Any thoughts are most welcome. Thanks!

I want to get a copy for myself. I spoke with the owner of Industria Mechanika and he said they will be in stock in August:

Hi everyone. This was a commission project. The kit is pretty old and was a bit rough but it went together well and was fun to paint. The client wanted minimal shading so i kept him simple. It was a fun little project.

Here is my latest work. Its a 1/6th scale mermaid. It was a commission job and the kit was perfect. Very nicely case. Hope you guys like it.

Hi guys. This was a commission paint up of Anthony Watkins Goliath Dragon. My client wanted it in a purple and pink paint scheme. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but i'm pretty happy with it. What do you guys think?
