In reality, the hood flattens his hair to his head. Sculpted hair wouldn't flatten, so it would just look like he has a really oddly shaped head under the hood.

Id be fine with it. Honestly I had no problem with the way the ski-mask fit over the Batman Bruce Wayne head. Id rather deal with some barely perceptible lumps that I can futz out and have two distinct looks for the character.

About him being beat up - Yes - the proto may have a busted lip or something like that... I'm only one episode in and I have a feeling it will be a lot like that.

This is always something I think about for a project... I personally have a hard time seeing them step into TV (If you can call netflix that) but I will probably move forward with these as I doubt they would do more than the final suit.
