Mainly because it would cost more to get a TTM16 and they are scarce. I'd probably be out if it is tailored for that, unless it still fits an 18.

We're not planning to lose anyone here bud! I have voted for TTM18 since day one! But I'm trying to get more votes for that particular body so other guys can easily purchase it, and can see how close it's gonna be to Negan's likeness!
