The unpainted pics were of the original 3D prints. With any casting their will be slight shinkage but less than 1% from the original print. Your picture is also of the cast looking straight ahead and the picture of the print was of the head tilted down slightly making the forehead look a bit wider.

Here is a pic of the painted S4 casting.

Yeah you're right, it does look like a good match for the painted version. It's probably just the unpainted hair and beard making the face look a bit long at the moment. Either way though it's still a freakin amazing likeness.
