He asked me to pay for shipping and said he would ship the remaining stuff he owe me within 2 days of payment and he shipped nothing.
The argument he raised as to why he did the disappearing act was he was working and out of town ( he is sure out of town often) . Pedro will come visit the board every 8 weeks And tease the threads by showing he shipped one or two pieces and then " poof " he is gone for another 8 weeks. Sorry to hear so many is still owe stuff . I think I would not hold your breath anymore at this point. A moderator should stepped in and help these 3 1/2 years thread

He is a liar who claims all the funds are tied up in the projects. He has collected over 40k. You don't have to be a mathematician to see he is full of it. I actually am surprised he still shows up every couple of months when the pitchforks come out to make promises that he never keeps.

I recently paid him for shipping my box, cert, boot's and body. I'm lucky enough to be owed only those. He didn't ship.
I opened up paypal dispute and he never responded to that. I got refunded. I'd say to anyone who recently paid anything for anything to go through paypal.
