Personally I think if you wanna run a project, be prepared to get involved, not like that or any other interest projects on the interest list! When you take money from people, that moment you're responsible, stop giving excuses like the tailor or sculptor etc not responding!!! When you take money from collectors you're charging management fee and that's your responsible. If you're not comfortable with the artists, you shouldn't have suggested him or her!!
Come on this is like running project in real life I'm main contractor have tens of sub contractors under me; clients don't give a damn if your subcontractors ran away or you having bad time bad financial planing that you used up all the project fund on your other personal or private purposes

It's hard to pass on a Yunsil outfit (even though there never was a prototype, I know the quality Yunsil can deliver) and the headsculpt looks fine; however, given the lack of any progress, updates or communication, I have little faith that it will be completed. Sure, it's great that you're back on the forum, Pedro, but how long until you disappear for months again? I mean, it's been exactly one year since I paid the deposit on Django, but nothing appears to have happened since then. I've had 2nd run Candie paid in full since March 16, 2015, but I have nothing to show for it. Reassurances only go so far before you need to back them up with something.
I'd say I'm still in for this... BUT, I don't see how it can be finished even if you somehow "fix the delay." Earlier today you said a proto was in the works and implied the project didn't proceed because not everyone had paid. So if you're issuing refunds and the proto wasn't progressing when you didn't have all the deposits, then I don't see how the project could be completed now. There will be even less money to pay the artists if a majority calls it quits.

So I was waiting to hear from all people on the list, and as I still have so people that want the Yunsil outfit I will continue with a small order for the people that want it, this means that no other person will be able to place an order for an outfit for this character with her, as she never makes the same outfit twice.
Also, I'm trying to decide what to do with the head, because as I already invested on paying Yh ha to produce 2 sculpts hat and no hat, for those that don't want this anymore, I could give you a HS cast (around $90) and refund you the rest you paid for the deposit.
For the people that will be getting still the outfit, will also get 1-2 heads and the gun that Ulli will make.

As I wrote I am still in for the yunsil outfit. How many people are we? Does the small number increases the price? Is the 500$ deposit enough that you can place the order and when are you going to place the order? Because yunsil is very booked and I dont want to finish the django line in 2018.
