Hmm, not bad although it does seem like the hat is a bit too tall in those pics...

I received my unhatted Raylan head yesterday (I plan to make my own hat for it), and while it's hard to tell at first with the bright white casting, once you get up close there does appear to be just enough detail and skin texture in there, and it does look like a good match with the original digital sculpt. So I'm definitely happy about that. Thanks WGP.

Now I just need to find a holster and badge for him...

Just thought I'd share some pics of the Raylan I've put together so far. My painting skills obviously aren't nearly as good as Rahmier's up there, but I tried to capture him as best I could and do justice to the absolutely fantastic headsculpt WGP made.

The coat is from the Acetoys "CEO" that I shortened and took in quite a bit, the blue shirt is from a Ken doll, the holster I made, and the other pieces are just odds and ends I got from various 1/6 sites. I still need to make him a better badge and get him a proper gun. And I converted it into a neckless head so I could get a better range of movement, but probably still need to widen the neck a bit more.

And of course I'm also making him a hat. Although I admit I've grown really attached to the sculpt as it is, and it'll be really painful to have to trim down that hair to make it fit.

Still trying to drum up interest in getting enough people interested in getting a US Marshal's badge for Raylan. I stated an interest thread over in the Interest Thread Forum and am waiting for a response. Chris of Corrose Designs will print them on his 3DD printer if I can drum up enough interest. Chris printed up some Old West Sheriff's Badges for my Deadwood Seth Bullock figure, and they turned out really good.

DEADWOOD heads-

We would need to take a new poll for interest since others have made some DW heads to see who was still interested. Since Olyphant is sculpted, a mod would be pretty simple to do!

I don't know what kind of interest would need to be shown but I'd love some 1:6 Deadwood heads. Bullock and Swearengen would top my list but maybe others too

No I wasn't planning on a Boyd, since it took me long enough just to put together the outfit for Raylan. Although seeing how yours turned out, I am feeling kinda tempted now...

Unfortunately Boyd's worn so many cool outfits over the years I'm not sure I could decide on just one.
