I think there is a scar on his neck Yh Ha. I saw it in the film in the beginning...on the side of the neck but i don't know which side.

It SHOULD be on the left side if it is supposed to imply the stabbing he received by Laurie in the first film. She stabbed him with the crocheting needle.
