He did say that he needed to get another, older project out first. Having done a couple of these, it can be a lot of work making sure everything is going to the right people, etc. especially if you work or have a life!

I'm in contact with him now. I wasn't aware he paid shipping twice. I don't know why he would charge you the same. :dunno I'm happy to refund either you or him the second shipping charge. There was obviously some miscommunication between you two.
